How to Produce the Form for Yocom- McColl that Goes with Your Fiber Sample

Here is a video I produced in response to a question about how to produce the forms that you send to Yocom-McCall with your fleece samples.

The process of making this form goes through a system on ARI that I explain in the video.  As I mention in the video, I don't know of a way to get a blank form that you print out and fill in with a pen.  If anyone knows where to get such a form, please let me know.

Meanwhile, here is how you get the form...all filled out with all the ARI-supplied data on your alpacas, such as birth date, gender, etc., provided to you as a PDF, ready for you to print out, sign, date, and put in the baggie with your fleece sample.

I almost forgot...My apologies for the little beeping sound in the background during the video.  It was just the oven telling me that my chicken wings were done.  I figured it was too high-pitched and too far away to be picked up by the microphone.  But I was wrong!

I hope this helps!
